Purchase Ledger Clerk - Belfast

The Role of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:

As the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk you will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Processing high volume of invoices
  • Requesting credits
  • Deal with supplier queries via phone and email
  • Support with supplier payments
  • Liaise with other departments on purchase ledger enquiries
  • General admin support
  • Any other duties outlined on the job description
What You Need to be the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk:
  • Previous invoicing experience
  • Strong excel skills
  • Ability to multi-tasks and be well organised
