We are seeking to appoint a passionate, experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our established and successful Key Stage 1 team at our creative, friendly primary school. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective support for a student with additional needs helping them to access learning and engage positively in the school environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant with experience working with children with SEMH needs and supporting a child in managing their emotions and behaviours. The successful candidate will work closely with the teaching staff to ensure that learning is accessible and appropriate for the child's abilities and to implement behaviour management strategies to meet the needs of the child and in line with our school behaviour policy.
