1-1 SEND Teaching Assistant (Seniors): The River School

Pay Scale: £17,820.50
Hours: Monday – Friday Term Time

As a Teaching Assistant at The River School you will be linked 1-1 with a female pupil in our senior school. This position is for a female only and is exempt from the relevant equalities’ legislation due to the nature of the role. You will develop a positive working relationship with the pupil and support them academically, socially and emotionally. You will support her throughout her senior years.

The position will commence in January/February 2026 dependent on the completion of safer recruitment checks. The pupil will be on a part time timetable initially and therefore a willingness and flexibility to undertake other tasks for the School will be required, as it is a full-time post.
