The team is already performing, but you are coming in to take them to the next level. Your expertise in managing people will allow you to support the current lead engineers of each product that is being developed. You’ll set strategy and roadmaps while jumping in and getting hands-on when necessary. Currently, there are a variety of tools in play, but APIs, mobile, and web testing are the main tasks on a day-to-day basis.
