The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking a highly talented, energetic, and self-motivated student with the ability to resolve events, incidents, and support issues. The candidate should be a team player and capable of escalating issues to other specialized teams and partners. IT Undergraduate Intern

The Position:

The IT Undergraduate Intern will provide support to the IT Regional Officer.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical support to users and computers.
• Technical support for conferences and meetings.
• Africa and Asia Equipment and Services Inventory Update.
• Enlisting staff in AD Self-Service system.
• Any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent at a recognized university in Kenya.
• Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 operating system support.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Support with Windows users and network infrastructure, Office 365 Services, web conferencing.
• Good command of English language and communication skills.
