To support our mission, we are strengthening our regional finance team and are currently looking for a talented and motivated Financial Analyst EMEA to join us.
This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who wants to work in a multi-country, multicultural environment, contribute to high-impact projects, and grow within a global purpose-driven company.
Your Key Responsibilities
As part of the EMEA Finance team and reporting directly to the EMEA Financial Controller, you will:
- Monitor regional financial performance: prepare consolidated monthly analyses (P&L, margin, volume/price effects, variances, cash flow) by country and by business line.
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes: consolidate country forecasts, prepare budget templates, and analyze key performance indicators to guide regional decisions.
- Act as a finance business partner: review monthly performance reports from country teams, challenge assumptions, and contribute to business plan reviews.
- Drive improvement projects: help implement BI tools, optimize financial data structures, and improve commercial analytics (e.g., customer segmentation, pricing, rebates).
- Contribute to regional visibility: build dashboards and tools that enhance reporting quality and provide actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILEYour Profile
We're looking for a candidate with the following background and mindset:
Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or related field (business school or university)
2+ years' experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in an international or regional context
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Power BI, Qlik or similar tools is a strong asset
Fluent English (written and spoken); a second European language is a plus
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex data
Curious, proactive, and collaborative - able to work across cultures and functions with ease
