Quality Assurance Specialist – Cable

An environmental consultancy is seeking an Inspector for quality assurance during production at its Pikkala site. The successful candidate will inspect production documents, participate in tests, and monitor quality control measures, ensuring compliance with standards. The inspection and quality assurance measures include production monitoring and quality control during production at the production site in Pikkala (FIN) and participation in specific tests at the production sites (e.g., Factory Acceptance Tests, FAT) to verify compliance with the contractual requirements of the EPCI contract cable and applicable rules and standards. The role also involves identifying and reporting non-conformities, deviations, and defects.
- Inspect production documents (e.g., production requirements, ITPs, test procedures, protocols) and document non-conformities via the project-specific collaboration platform (List of Open Points: DALUX);
- Participate in and document tests and inspections, e.g., in accordance with ITP;
- Verify test performance using test procedures agreed between AOS and the cable manufacturer;
- Participate in and monitor final inspections (e.g., FAT and SAT) and document NCRs and other anomalies;
- Monitor production progress according to schedule and verify quality reports.
