A leading retail project management firm seeks a Project Executive in Dubai to oversee new projects, renovations, and relocations. A driving license is required, and familiarity with the local market is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position preferred in retail industry in UAE or GCC.
• Driving license is mandatory with personal vehicle.
• Experience of preparing bill of quantity and budget planning.

Project Executive - Dubai

The purpose of the role will be to manage new projects/renovations/relocations and ensure the projects are completed on time, in Budget and in line with the quality standards set by the organization and Brands. This would include coordination with brands, landlords, contractors, consultants etc., preparing drawings, tender packs and BOQs. The role would also require traveling as and when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or Diploma in the same fields.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position preferred in retail industry in UAE or GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Photoshop, Google Sketch up and Archi Cad is desirable.
• Advanced Proficiency of MS Office is mandatory.
• Driving license is mandatory with personal vehicle.
• Ability to read, understand and adapt Architectural and MEP drawings
• Experience of price construction in the local market for all fit out, furniture and fixture related products.
• Experience of preparing bill of quantity and budget planning.
• A network of contractor and suppliers within the local market is preferable.
