We’re recruiting a HR Executive for one of our clients based in Fujairah, UAE.

About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent manufacturer of premium white and gray cement in the UAE, renowned for delivering high-quality products that meet international standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process and conduct new employee orientations.
• Prepare employment contracts and oversee documentation.
• Support the execution of performance appraisal systems.
• Assist in identifying training and development needs.
• Administer payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Oversee employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
• Monitor employee training progress and maintain records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements:

• Master’s in HRM or PG Diploma in HR.
• 4-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company in the UAE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with a deadline-driven approach.
