Job Title: Financial Analyst (Chartered Accountant)

Job Objective: This is a strategic business finance role based in the head office. As part of the team, responsibility would be to drive insightful analysis for the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide management accounting support, budgeting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and process improvement.
2. Responsible for cash flow planning and analysis, developing models, monitoring liquidity, and providing insights to management.
3. Lead budget oversight, project governance, and investment strategy while analyzing performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
4. Assist in financial planning, analyze data, support accounts functions, and ensure compliance with regulations.
5. Prepare financial statements, manage accounts, conduct reconciliations, oversee payroll, and provide financial guidance.
6. Conduct financial analysis and reporting for international operations, collaborating on cost-saving initiatives.
7. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
8. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating across departments.

Requirements:

1. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
4. Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
