Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and scale our Affiliate Partnerships through key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the cryptocurrency and forex trading space. This role requires an individual with a strong ability to identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with top-tier KOLs and affiliate partners to expand Bybit’s user base.

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive at Bybit, you will play a key role in expanding our affiliate network and driving user acquisition through partnerships with influential KOLs in the cryptocurrency and finance industry. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential affiliates, negotiating partnerships, and nurturing long-term relationships that align with Bybit’s business objectives.

Your goal will be to help Bybit reach new users by leveraging the influence of KOLs, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring optimal performance and growth of the affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Acquisition & Engagement:

Identify, approach, and onboard top KOLs, influencers, and affiliates within the cryptocurrency and forex services sectors to drive user acquisition.

Conduct outreach and relationship-building activities through various channels (social media, industry events, direct outreach, etc.).

Develop strategies for sourcing new affiliate partners and evaluating potential opportunities for growth.

Partnership Development & Negotiation:

Negotiate affiliate terms, contracts, and collaboration agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns and offers that align with affiliate partners’ audiences and Bybit’s brand.

Relationship Management:

Maintain regular communication with KOLs, monitoring the performance of partnerships, and providing ongoing support and resources to optimize results.

Foster long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the tools, incentives, and resources to succeed.

Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, user growth, and ROI to ensure campaigns are driving the desired results.

Continuously optimize affiliate strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.

Provide feedback and insights to the product, marketing, and analytics teams to improve affiliate programs and user experience.

Market Research & Industry Insights:

Stay up to date with trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the crypto and affiliate marketing landscape.

Share insights and recommendations with the team to continuously improve Bybit’s affiliate marketing strategy.

Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.

Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., tracking software, CRM systems) is a plus.

Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
