Job summary
A municipal department in Virginia Beach is seeking a motivated QDDP Clinician II. This role involves supervising staff and working with adults with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include developing policies, conducting assessments, and creating Individual Program Plans. The successful candidate will monitor client progress and provide staff training. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments.
- Develop Individual Program Plans (IPP) collaboratively.
- Monitor client progress and modify IPPs as needed.
- Participate in staff training and meetings.
- Ensure integration of services provided.
- Act as the social work designee.
- Utilize electronic health records for documentation.
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment.
- Perform stand-by duties for facilities.
