Qualifications

• Supervisory experience.
• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments.
• Develop Individual Program Plans (IPP) collaboratively.
• Monitor client progress and modify IPPs as needed.
• Participate in staff training and meetings.
• Ensure integration of services provided.
• Act as the social work designee.
• Utilize electronic health records for documentation.
• Assist in maintaining a safe environment.
• Perform stand-by duties for facilities.
