A technology company focused on AI is seeking a Product UI Designer to enhance AI systems' understanding of design. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide feedback, and contribute to AI training projects. Ideal candidates should have expertise in UI/UX design, strong English skills, and an eye for aesthetics. The role can be part-time or full-time, remote, with project-based pay starting from $20/hr for general tasks and $40/hr for design-specific tasks.
We are looking for a Product UI Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. You’ll assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work — including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
In this role, you’ll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Your insights will directly shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers.
This is a new and growing area for our company — focused on teaching AI to better understand visual and design principles. At this stage, designers should apply through our general core assessment and then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Once approved, you’ll not only have access to general AI training projects but also be invited to contribute to design‑specific projects. These projects focus on areas such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables).
Note: Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for any money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
