Works closely with the Regal Rexnord Motion Control Solutions and Commercial and Industrial Motors Regional Sales Directors, MCS District Managers and Manufacturers Representative Sales team in order to achieve established objectives. Is accountable for RRX MCS and Commercial and Industrial Motors total sales, programs and activities for specified Major Distributor account.**Responsibilities:*** Assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for a single large account or for several smaller accounts.* Drives a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships with national distributor accounts.* Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, significant accounts which may span multiple Regal businesses or geographies and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to success.* Works daily with CRM to input and analyze activities across national accounts.
