THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing new school and district partnerships. Your efforts will directly expand Athena’s presence while helping educators and administrators enhance teaching and learning outcomes with cutting-edge technology.

YOU WILL:
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and target new school and district accounts through strategic outreach, networking, and participation in educational events.
  • Sales Process Management: Navigate prospective clients through the entire sales cycle, from the first conversation to closing the deal, with clear and customized communication.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with educational leaders by understanding their goals and challenges, and position Athena AI as a transformative solution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful transitions from prospect to long-term customer.
  • Market Insights: Gather feedback and insights from educators to share with the product and leadership teams, influencing future product strategies and enhancements.
YOU HAVE:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
