A heritage consultancy in Dublin is seeking an Archaeological Consultant to produce various planning-related reports and provide expert advice on archaeology and heritage projects. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Archaeology or a related field and possess strong client care skills. This role offers a market-competitive salary and flexible hybrid working options.
Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, London
Archaeological Consultant who will produce reports relating to the planning process including desk-based assessments, historic environment assessments, heritage setting assessments, environmental impact assessments, environmental statement chapters, risk assessments and written schemes of investigation. Responsible for providing advice to clients on a wide variety of archaeology and heritage projects to inform and support a range of development proposals. Knowledge of the planning process and national and local planning legislation. Experience with working on projects across the UK, across a range of sectors. Additional skills – Heritage Townscape Visual Impact Assessments and Conservation Management Plans.
