A well-respected housing organization is seeking a Legal Enforcement Officer to cover Grimsby, Lincoln, Nottingham, and Derby courts. This hybrid position involves 36.25 hours per week with a salary of £37,400 per annum. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of housing law and enforcement services, maintain calm under pressure, and effectively collaborate within a team environment. A full UK driving license and DBS clearance are required for this role. Closing date for applications is Sunday, 4th January 2026.

Salary: £37,400 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5:15pm)
Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Lincoln or Boston office
You’ll be trusted as the subject expert on tenancy enforcement and ASB related legal action, working closely with our housing teams, community safety colleagues and external partners.
Your role is to bring balance to difficult situations, using legal powers proportionately while understanding the human impact behind every case. From building strong evidence to representing Amplius at court, your work will directly influence customer wellbeing, organisational risk and our reputation as a fair and responsible housing provider.

You’ll be calm under pressure, confident in your expertise, and motivated by making a meaningful difference to the communities we serve. A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
