Care provision includes nursing or residential care, convalescence and respite, as well as palliative care support and help for adults with Parkinson’s. Residents can stay for a week, a month or longer– however long residents or loved ones need support. They’ll get to relax and meet new friends, giving families complete peace of mind. The home has a dedicated respite room that can be booked up to six months in advance, staff are happy to accept last-minute requests too. With scenic countryside surroundings, this converted red-brick Victorian house offers comfortable social environments, light and airy lounges, en-suite bedrooms and on-site therapies. The chef works hard to achieve a menu that pleases each resident, with all food home-cooked and nutritionally balanced. Our care homes are dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.**You’ll help us make health happen by:*** Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home* Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries* Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone* Conducting show-arounds within the care home* Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paper work and filing* Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:**You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service, you'll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone. You’re approachable and organised and have the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families and internal teams.
