Job summary
A leading care organization in Annan is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and provide high quality resident care. Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:
- Administering medication
- Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
- Team supervisions
- Developing, implementing and updating care plans
- Adhering to CQC guidelines
- Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs
Primary shift hours: 08:00 – 20:00

- Leadership: Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands‑on approach.
