A successful candidate will have a higher-level qualification in IT and minimum experience in an IT Technician role, along with strong troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 9 months experience in an IT Technician role, can include work placement.
  • Trustworthy with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for hardware and software.
  • Liaise with 3rd party support teams to resolve IT issues.
  • Conduct phishing tests for all users.

Skills

User setup (Active Directory or 365)
