We’re recruiting a graduate / early-career Client Data Operations Analyst to join a small, high-impact team where accuracy, ownership and learning by doing matter more than technical credentials.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data in Excel, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to start their career in financial services and fintech. You’ll work closely with senior team members to help prepare and manage client data used by financial institutions. Your work will directly impact how clients operate day-to-day.
- Managing and checking data using Excel
- Validating and cleaning datasets
- Configuring data in an Excel-style transformation tool (full training provided)
- Supporting client onboarding
- Responding to client queries and resolving issues
- Investigating data problems and maintaining data quality
- Improving processes as the company grows
We’re looking for someone at the start of their career who wants real responsibility early.
- Comfortable working in Excel (or motivated to become very good at it)
- Naturally detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Able to commute into London weekly
- Exposure to finance, operations or data
- Internship / placement experience
- Interest in fintech or financial services
- A software development position
- A data science or BI role
- A graduate scheme with rotations
- A research or modelling role
You’ll be doing hands-on operational work in a live environment and learning by doing.
- Fully remote initially
- Weekly meetups in London (Citi / Waterloo area)
