MEICA Lead for North UK Water Projects
Job summary
A leading engineering consultancy in the UK is seeking a MEICA Discipline Lead to provide strategic technical leadership across key projects in the water industry. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring technical excellence and mentoring engineers. Applicants should hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have significant experience in MEICA engineering design, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. Chartered Engineer status is preferred. This role does not support visa sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Track record in leading engineering teams for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in MEICA design, including control philosophies and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the MEICA design process from feasibility through to detailed design.
- Manage and inspire a team of engineers.
- Influence design standards and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders.
