Qualifications
- Must hold a full UK driving licence (car or motorcycle) and have personal transport.
- An enhanced DBS and references required upon position offer.
- Home care experience: 1 year required.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients in their own homes providing personal care.
- Offer medication support and companionship.
- Help clients remain independent in their home environment.

We are Deben Willow Care Ltd, based in Woodbridge. We are a privately-owned provider of care services within the community. We are looking for committed Community Care Workers to join our existing team.
As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent by providing personal care, medication support, companionship, and a range of support tasks to keep them safe, happy, and content in their own home environment.
We have vacancies across North Ipswich, Felixstowe, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Hollesley, Alderton, and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a range of skills, including knowledge of the sector, empathy, self‑awareness, effective communication, and a strong commitment to high‑quality care and service delivery.
- All training is face‑to‑face.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence (car or motorcycle) and have personal transport.
- An enhanced DBS and references are required upon a position being offered.
- Good time‑keeping essential.
- Computer‑based knowledge essential.
- We offer a 42‑hour per week contract on a two‑week fixed roster.
- Opportunity for additional overtime.
