We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PL400 and PL300 Power Platform Developer to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects for our impressive portfolio of clients. As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You must be able to work on your own, project manage your workload as well as work as part of a team.

Your role will have a strong customer-first focus and be used to provide support to demanding users whilst working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. You will proactively improve your skills and always consider cyber/information security best practices in your day-to-day duties, and the applications developed for Economit’s clients.

This is a work-from-home role, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a talented team on projects that make a real difference. The salary is negotiable and competitive, reflecting your experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (canvas, model-driven, and portal apps).

· Automate complex business processes using Power Automate to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

· Create insightful, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

· Work with Microsoft Dataverse to design and manage data models, ensuring scalability and performance.

· Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and third-party systems.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored solutions.

· Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance and user experience.

· Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices.

· Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for developed solutions.

· Liaise with clients in terms of requirements gathering, specification design and output, project management of development activities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

· Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer) and PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) or equivalent experience.

· Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).

· Strong understanding of Dataverse, including data modeling, security roles, and business rules.

· Proficiency in Power Fx, DAX, and other relevant scripting languages.

· Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and external APIs.

· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on usability and scalability.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

· Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform deployments.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform.

· Experience in agile project delivery and working with cross-functional teams.

· Understanding of governance and compliance best practices for Power Platform solutions.

· Desirable / advantageous to have some knowledge/experience of working with Fabric tools / big data and an understanding of AI Studio capabilities.
