Job summary
A tech company specializing in fraud prevention is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles. This role is remote-first and requires 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech startups. You will partner with hiring managers, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and thrive in a dynamic environment. The compensation includes a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 (£67,000 - £82,000) plus equity, generous benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
