Job summary
A recruitment agency has an exciting opportunity for a Plant Operative in Falkirk. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 6 am to 6 pm, ensuring a safe and productive environment. As a Plant Operative, you will collaborate with the Plant Supervisors to control all operations of the site efficiently. Candidates should have experience in a small/medium manufacturing operation and be able to work effectively in a team. This position offers immediate start.
Qualifications
- Experience in a small to medium manufacturing operation is required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and productive working environment as a Plant Operative.
- Control site operations and assets efficiently alongside Plant Supervisors.
Skills
Manpower has an exciting opportunity for Plant Operatives to join our client in Falkirk with an immediate start.
This role will be working Monday to Friday 6am-6pm.
You will help to ensure the site's high profile of both a safe working & productive environment. As a Plant Operative you will work in conjunction with the Plant Supervisors, effectively controlling all operations of the site and its assets in the most efficient way possible to best contribute to the output of the site.
- Experience of operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
- Experience of working as part of a team
