A leading youth homelessness charity based in the Southwest is looking for a dedicated support worker to assist young Asylum Seekers in developing independent living skills. The role involves creating support plans, organizing housing management tasks, and collaborating with other professionals to help young people integrate into the community. With a flexible and supportive environment, this position offers competitive pay and generous leave entitlements. Candidates must be drivers with access to a vehicle.
We are a leading youth homelessness charity based in the Southwest, working with over 1,500 young people. You will be in the Asylum & Refugees Intensive Support team based within the wider South Gloucestershire team and your line manager will be the Asylum and Refugees (Intensive Support) Team Leader.
