Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor - Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club

This role combines 12 hours employed Fitness Instructor work with a self-employed Personal Training role at Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club. You\'ll earn a guaranteed weekly wage while building your PT client base through member interactions on the gym floor.

You keep 100% of your PT earnings, pay the lowest gym rent in the industry, and get 1.5 months free to establish your business. We cap trainer numbers per gym so you\'re not competing with other PTs for the same clients.

• Gym Appointments including BIOCIRCUIT Inductions and Reviews (full training is provided for this)
• The creation of social media content
• Designated studio / gym floor workshops (these are agreed and scheduled in advance)
• Gym Appointment calls – calling members who are booked into a Gym Appointment to confirm attendance
• Keeping the gym floor tidy during any downtime
• Any other reasonable task

The role is completely gym-floor based and focuses on member interaction which is great for building rapport and supports in generating leads for a Personal Training client base.

• The successful candidate will possess and be able to evidence the following personal characteristics:
• Enthusiastic and personable, who enjoys interacting with the public.
• Able to communicate with and motivate people from a variety of backgrounds.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

You must also hold a minimum Level 3 PT Qualification,

• Retain 100% of your PT income earnings.
