A community-focused charity in Barnstaple is looking for a part-time administrator to ensure smooth operations in retail. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to support both customers and staff. Responsibilities include managing stock, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional service. 15 hours per week to worked on Thursday and Friday with the flexibility to work additional days if required
££25,000 per year pro rata. Actual Salary £10,000 per year

This is an exciting and vital role at the heart of our retail operations, working closely with our current two-day-a-week administrator (Monday and Tuesday) to ensure seamless support across the week.
It’s much more than administration—it’s about keeping our retail network running smoothly and supporting the incredible work that funds our care.

About the Role:
As part of our Retail Administration team, you’ll deliver exceptional support to donors, customers, and our retail team across North Devon. Your days will be varied and fast-paced—no two will be the same! From greeting visitors and dealing with enquiries to ordering/ managing stock, Gift Aid donor communications and supporting new projects, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
