Purpose of the role: In this role, the balance between learning and doing shifts towards doing. You’ll be active and visible within your team, contribute to your work, and support staff senior to you on their portfolio of clients. You’ll have more frequent client contact and will communicate clearly and professionally to deliver client service.
As a Semi-Senior, you will ideally have completed your ATT qualification (or be close to qualifying) and your focus should be on commencing your CTA qualification. Ideally, you’ll have at least two years’ experience with an accountancy practice. You’ll join a friendly, supportive business which offers progression opportunities. Reporting into a relevant team member, you will continue studying for your professional qualifications while gaining on-the-job experience servicing clients such as individuals, companies, trusts, estates, and more.
We provide technical/hard and soft skills training through Tolley’s, Mercia, Croner-i and LinkedIn Learning, plus ongoing training to develop your soft skills. You’ll gain hands-on client experience, and we’ll equip you with training on essential skills like making a positive first impression, time management, and effective communication.
