You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

Robert Kett Court is a housing with care scheme in Wymondham, 5 miles outside of Norwich, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.
