Job summary
A local authority in the UK is seeking a Senior Inspector for the Revenues Division in Cardiff. The role involves managing the Revenues Inspection Team and conducting property inspections for both residential and commercial premises throughout Cardiff. Candidates must possess knowledge of local taxation and a full UK driving licence. Experience with IT applications is also essential. This position offers a full-time permanent contract and welcomes applications in English and Welsh.

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Revenues Inspection Team.

Skills
A job vacancy has become available for the position of Senior Inspector within the Revenues Division of Corporate Services, in respect of Council Tax and Business Rates.
The post will be required to manage the day-to-day supervision of the Revenues Inspection Team. The postholder will be expected to carry out property inspections in respect of both residential and commercial premises throughout Cardiff.
Previous knowledge of local taxation is essential as is a current full UK driving licence. Previous experience in the use of IT applications is necessary.
