Have you always had a knack for practical, hands-on tasks? Are you curious about how things are made and why they work? This apprenticeship combines college study for a Level 3 Mechanical Maintenance qualification with industry experience.

This role is commutable from: Peterborough, Stamford, Market Deeping, Spalding, Deeping St James, Holbeach, Hop Pole, Newborough, Wittering, Glinton, Cowbit, Whittlesey, Yaxley, Bourne, Oakham.
- Support the vital needs to uphold quarry site production.
- Dismantle, examine, replace, and reassemble mechanical and electrical systems and components.
- Service and maintain equipment.
- Work on equipment that handles dust; there will be much to learn.
- Cover our West Deeping, Willington, and Potton Quarries.
- Grade D at pass level in five subjects in the Department of Education & Skills Junior Certificate Examination or an approved equivalent.
- A demonstrable interest in engineering – via education and/or work experience.
As part of our team, you’ll be supported by a close-knit community of apprentices and mentors, with a comprehensive induction and ongoing development opportunities.
- Salary: Age 16-20 £21,257.60 per annum, Age 21+ £23,316.80 per annum
