Workshop Foreman – Architectural Metalwork

Join to apply for the Workshop Foreman role at Ranch Bones.

We are looking for an experienced workshop foreman to join our highly skilled team on a permanent basis.

Location: Workshop based in Luton (sites in London & surrounding areas)

Rate of Pay: Up to £25 per hour (time & a half overtime)

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in all types of fabrication, fitting, and welding to a high standard with an emphasis on architectural steelwork.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work independently in a workshop environment and on customer premises.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and extremely flexible approach to all aspects of engineering and working hours.
  • Supervisory/leadership skills a distinct advantage but not essential; skills must be to a high standard.
  • Experience fabricating and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Valid CSCS Card, SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred but not essential).
