Overview

Role: Workday Solution Architect (ID: KK11DR8757)

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation & Performance modules based on business requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrations and reporting, configuring compensation plans (Bonus, Merit, Stock), rolling out compensation plans to employees, processing year-end compensation reviews (including merit awards, bonus plans with performance factors, and stock grants), managing exceptions in compensation review, and generating Compensation Review Statements.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation & Performance modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Configure compensation plans (Bonus, Merit, Stock) and roll out these plans to employees.
  • Process year-end compensation reviews, including merit awards, bonus plans with performance factors, and stock grants.
  • Manage exceptions in compensation review workflows and generate Compensation Review Statements.
