• Experience desirable in a builders’ merchant or civils environment.
• Office experience with confident phone and face-to-face customer handling.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and serve customers at the trade counter.
• Manage a ledger of up to 30 customers, building relationships and preparing quotes.
• Support the Sales Office Manager and wider sales team on contracts.
