Qualifications

• Recognised training/qualification in the Management of Water Systems.
• Extensive knowledge and application in line with HTM04.01/L8.
• Good understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for Estates Officer in management of water systems.
• Manage subcontractors covering maintenance of designated systems.
• Coordinate with Estates Team to ensure work completion.
