A regional firefighting service seeks a Watch Manager for its Minehead location. Applicants must have strong leadership skills and a completed ICTS course. Responsibilities include promoting a safe working environment and providing feedback to team members. This position is offered as a permanent contract with an application deadline of January 19, 2026. Ideal candidates will live or work within a short response distance to the station and should demonstrate their impact at a leadership level.
Applications are invited from existing suitably experienced and qualified Crew Managers and Watch Managers.
