A leading automotive retailer in Brighton is looking for an experienced Warranty Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will process warranty claims, interact with customers face-to-face and via phone, and assess warranty job cards to provide feedback. A solid technical background in the automotive industry is desirable, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Mercedes-Benz is on the hunt for a Warranty Advisor to come and join his fantastic team over at our Brighton Dealership. You will be based within our fantastic Service hub which includes an additional Warranty Advisor, Service Administrators and Service Advisors. You will be part of a fantastic team of seven which will be there to support and guide you through your new role.
Our Warranty Advisors are fundamental within our Aftersales department! Day-to-day they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims as well as liaising with customers both face-to-face, over the phone and via email. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background “serviced” to perfection!
We are looking for an individual with a Technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry. Are you current a Service Advisor or Warranty Advisor looking to shake up their career with Lookers?
You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work appropriately.You will also be great at talking to customers and showcase a friendly but professional manner. Furthermore, you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues.
It is also essential that you have strong IT skills; are you able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages?
