Leading Operational Excellence: Take charge of overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring seamless execution across all activities and departments.
Driving High Performance: Develop and implement strategies that drive performance improvements, reduce operational costs, and maximize efficiency. Monitor KPIs closely to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and success.
Mastering Warehouse Flow: Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels, driving a smooth operational flow from start to finish.
Empowering Your Team: Lead, train, and inspire a high‑performance warehouse team. Provide mentorship and guidance, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Ensuring_drop Consistency: Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and quality at all times.
Prioritizing_Safety: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and creatingյուս working environment for your team.
Proven Leadership: Significant experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a parcel sortation or logistics warehouse, with a solid understanding of automated sortation causas.
Operational Expertise: Strong background in warehouse flow management and a proven ability to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
