The role

As a Warehouse & Stock Inventory Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our warehousing operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting a team to deliver essential outputs. This role makes a real difference by maintaining stock integrity and enabling efficient processes that keep our business moving. Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of up to 20 employees alongside another supervisor.
  • Ensure your team has the tools and processes needed to deliver safely and effectively.
  • Take ownership of inventory processes and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Attend meetings and action tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support the warehouse manager and deputise when required.

Please note that this position involves manual work. This could include lifting, bending, using tools or standing for extended periods.

The role is based onsite at Walsall, and the set working times are Monday to Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm and Friday 7:00am–12:00pm, totalling 39 hours per week. Overtime opportunities are available.

Essential experience
  • Competent PC user (MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NAVISION/SAP).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge appropriately.
  • Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of stock management principles and experience in first-line management.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) / NPPV security clearance for this role.
