To assist in the Pre-Admission process and take responsibility for obtaining cover on all sponsored cases, updating the Compucare records, referring and following up on queries as necessary. You\'ll also assist Patient Accounts by explaining financial agreements for guaranteed/sponsored and insured day cases and obtaining signed agreement and co-ordinate department activities, including patient and referrer liaison tasks.
