An independent mental health provider in Hereford is seeking a passionate Night Support Worker. This full-time role involves assisting with individual care plans to support adult males on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate should possess resilience and empathy, ready to face challenges in a dynamic environment. Lammas Lodge is looking to recruit a Night Support Worker to join the team. This is a full time 42 hours a week role.
Rate: £13.20 per hour
Lammas Lodge is located in the village of Lugwardine, in Herefordshire. It offers residential support for seven adult males on the autism spectrum. We are in a semi‑rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients/residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients/residents.
