Summary

We are looking for volunteers to expand our teams so we can offer fun and adventure for more boys & girls aged 4 up to 10 years old across Norwich.

Detailed description

As a volunteer you will work as part of a team of volunteers. You can pick the age group you wish to work with – Squirrels 4-6, Beavers 6-8 or Cubs 8-10.5.

We meet regularly on a week night and the odd activity/adventure at weekends. We are totally flexible so if you can’t make every meeting don’t worry. There are groups located all across Norwich and we can help you find the best to suit your availability and location preferences.

You don’t need skills or training to get involved in Scouting. But we do offer some simple and easy to do (on your mobile/laptop) learning, as well as a free DBS check and first aid training provided by us. There is also a discount at a major outdoor brand too.

Volunteering is not only good for the young people and our local community but it also improves your wellbeing, gives you skills for the future, and helps you make new friends (and memories).
