We’re looking for a tech-savvy volunteer to help with the technical aspects of our live events.

Are you interested in live events and want hands-on experience with sound, lighting, and technical setup? Or do you already have experience and want to use your skills to support a youth charity?

We’re looking for a tech-savvy volunteer to help with the technical aspects of our live events — from setting up sound and lighting equipment to supporting smooth event delivery.

About Us

We are a small youth charity running community events, workshops, and programmes that empower young people. Our events range from small gatherings to larger performances and celebrations — and we want to make sure they run smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Do

As a tech volunteer, you’ll:

  • Help set up and pack down sound and lighting equipment.
  • Assist with live sound mixing and lighting control during events.
  • Support rehearsals and technical run-throughs.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues on the day.
What We’re Looking For
  • A student or young person interested in a career in live events or production.
  • Someone with previous experience in sound, lighting, or AV setups
  • A reliable and practical person who enjoys working behind the scenes.

No formal qualifications are required — just a willingness to learn and a commitment to helping out.
