Qualifications

• Previous visitor-facing experience, ideally in a leisure or heritage environment.

• Understanding of the host role for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest possible visitor standards are maintained.
• Provide a warm welcome to visitors.
• Support activities, events, and general museum operations.
• Promote and sell museum commercial activities.
• Provide a safe and secure experience.
• Assist in first aid and fire marshal duties.
• Share the Royal Air Force story with visitors.
• Deliver engaging talks to visitors.
