A leading tech company in London seeks a Vice President of Sales, EMEA, to define and execute its European sales strategy, driving collaboration and growth. This strategic leadership role entails managing extensive sales processes and teams, maintaining customer relationships, and aligning with various functions. Location: This role is open to London-based candidates, with an expectation of being in the office at least two days per week.
About the position
As Vice President of Sales, EMEA, you will set and execute Showpad’s European sales strategy. This role is a strategic leadership position focused on unifying the EMEA region, driving cross-functional collaboration, and playing a critical part in the region's direction within a Private Equity-owned company with a focus on EBITDA and strategic revenue growth. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only a strong leader but is also drawn to the dynamics of this financial and growth strategy.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President of Sales, EMEA is responsible for total revenue growth, encompassing both new logo acquisition and the critical focus on customer growth and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). While leading the sales team will be the primary charter, as VP of EMEA, you will also be responsible for building strong internal and external relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies for new verticals and services.
