Job summary

A veterinary practice in the United Kingdom seeks a Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in creating a great impression. Your day will include:

  • Greeting clients and their furry friends with a smile
  • Booking appointments and managing the diary
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Processing payments and keeping records accurate
  • Supporting our clinical team with admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • A people person with excellent communication skills
  • Organised and calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role is a bonus, but not essential
  • Most importantly, a genuine love for animals!
You will work approximately 25 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business, you will cover varied shift patterns between 8 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday. Our practice is not open at Weekends or bank holidays, and there are no out-of-hours!
