Job summary

A leading construction and project development company is looking for a Ventilation Work Assistant in Derby. The role involves assisting with planned maintenance and servicing of ventilation systems at the Royal Derby Hospitals site. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of ventilation plants, health and safety regulations, and prior experience in building services. This position requires good communication skills and basic computer skills. A Human Focus card is also required for the role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ventilation plant acquired through experience and training courses.
• Experience working in a building services environment.
• Understanding of current Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ventilation work coordinator in delivering PPM work.
• Advise on Health and Safety policies.
• Support the M&E Supervisor with tasks as directed.
